Sunjay Dutt issue gets politically funny

Sunjay Dutt's verdict may have been out but it's just the start of a funny battle in the political arena over his verdit.
The Shiv Sena has always maintained Dutt is not a terrorist and supported him. Hence they were elated when Dutt was not convicted under TADA. But the BJP is quite vocal in its disapproval. They say this would be a factpr in their election agenda. So much for allies.
It takes a funnier turn as the Dutt household is very closely associated with the Congress, both Late Sunil Dutt and Priya Dutt being MPs from the party.
It would be interesting to see how Shiv Sena and the BJP sets right what could be a chaotic situation as the election approaches.

Down with ULFA

UlFA's claim that ONGC and other such companies have been draining resources from Asom and never contributed much to the state's develpoment is quite an interesting. An organisation which should be given credit to shooing away investment in the state coming up with such accusations is indeed like looking down upon the intelligence of the citizens of the state.

The ULFA which managed to lose all its support - which was substantial in the initial days -by starting extortion from the tea-planters (Rs 1 per kilo of tea) could be refered as Asom's worst enemy. It would have been better to see them fight against the Bangladeshi influx rather than Indians.

Lets join hands in saying "Down with the ULFA!"...or if they really want to be a respected fight against the ills of the state and society...
